When will my order be shipped?

We ship orders the same or very next BUSINESS DAY before 5pm, unless we are waiting for a particular item to arrive at our office! :-)

Can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation with your tracking number and link to track your order. Please make sure your email is entered in correctly, we do not make any adjustments to your information.

Does vijewelry.com ship International?

Yes we do! All the way to the UK! Just enter your address and the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout out!

For Caribbean Orders, we highly suggest using a Freight Forwarding Company to ensure safe delivery of your package. Please sign up for an account through a US/Caribbean Shipping Agent and use the US Address that they give you. You will pay our $10.00 Shipping to the US and the appropriate clearance fees once it arrives to your location.

As for large Caribbean/International Wholesale Orders, your order will be sent via FedEx or DHL at the shipping rate quoted at the time of your order by FedEx or DHL.

Where is my package being shipped from?

Orders are shipped from Florida, Texas or the US Virgin Islands.

We will gladly issue a FREE exchange of your item(s) for INCORRECT SIZES within 15 days of purchase. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable, nor do we do full order refunds. Unfortunately, we also do not cover the shipping cost of your return postage.

Good News! You do not have to pay shipping costs again for the new item(s) that we will mail out to you! We've got you covered on that!

Please note that we can only honor exchanges once you have returned the original item to us in good condition.
